About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Technical Architect to join our Consulting team. In this pivotal role, you’ll design, govern, and optimise technical architecture for D365 FSCM programs—ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and high-performing. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll lead technical workshops, define integration and data strategies, oversee DevOps and environment management, and guide projects through build, test, cutover, and post-go-live optimisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and strategy, and who enjoys mentoring technical teams while shaping the success of enterprise-scale solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the D365 FSCM technical architecture (integrations, data, security, environments, performance).
- Govern technical design deliverables, including solution architecture, integration specs, and security models.
- Oversee ALM/DevOps (Azure DevOps CI/CD, branching, automated releases, governance).
- Manage environment strategy, performance monitoring, and telemetry.
- Lead data migration strategies and cutover planning.
- Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
- Mentor developers and guide technical delivery best practices.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities and technical roadmaps.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years in ERP technical roles, with 4+ years in D365 FSCM (F&O/AX) architecture and delivery.
- Strong background in integrations, data migration, reporting, and environment management.
- Proven leadership in ALM/DevOps, automated deployments, and release governance.
- Expertise in Azure and Power Platform technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Calm, pragmatic problem-solver who thrives under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Microsoft certifications (MB-500, MB-300, AZ-305/Architect, or equivalent) highly regarded.
