Too many businesses spend countless manual hours on documentation ranging from customer help guides to engineering docs. This means teams spend less time on building the product, providing excellent customer service, and growing the business. Good documentation attracts new customers and improves retention for both customers and employees. Yet many teams struggle to manage it efficiently – it takes forever to produce content and quickly becomes outdated as products evolve, which further demotivates teams.

Wikidoc is an innovative AI-powered documentation platform that enables businesses to efficiently capture, share, and preserve organisational knowledge. The platform is designed to streamline documentation workflows, improve collaboration, and ensure knowledge remains accessible to both customers and internal teams. Our mission is to empower businesses with smarter tools that simplify documentation. By leveraging artificial intelligence, Wikidoc transforms how organisations approach documentation and better utilise their internal resources.

This is a rare opportunity for someone excited to build a cutting‐edge AI-powered SaaS product from the ground up. The current product demo is built on Next.js, and you would be responsible for bringing it to life for real customers and prospects. You'll play a key role in shaping the company's technical vision and strategy, developing and maintaining the platform, and ensuring it scales reliably. Our goal is to launch the product and secure funding in 2026 so we can accelerate growth and scale the business.

If you've thought about starting your own company (or already have) and are passionate about building the smartest AI-powered documentation solution for businesses, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

  • Strong full‐stack experience (React/Next.js, Node.js, Typescript, Python, APIs or similar)
  • Hands‐on experience building AI/ML products (LLM fine‐tuning, multimodal models, etc)
  • Previous experience building an entire SaaS platform (highly desirable)
  • The ability to work independently and ship fast
  • A growth mindset with an upbeat, can‐do personality

Why Join

  • Significant equity ownership – we believe in true partnership from the beginning
  • Salary kicks in once funding is secured
  • Opportunity to work on a product with global impact, using the latest AI/ML capabilities
