About The Role;
- Local Manningham Agency & Portfolio
- Managing approx. 160 properties
- Dedicated leasing & administration support
- Limited Saturdays with time in lieu (1 in 6)
- Flexible working hours on offer
- Work from home (one day per week)
- Systems include PropertyMe & 360 Cameras
Salary paying up to $90PKG (dep on experience)
About You;
- Ideally 2+ years experience managing your own residential portfolio
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Team oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Cert IV in Real Estate
- Reliable car & drivers licence
