Previous automotive experience will be viewed favorably.
A focus on providing an excellent customer experience on every contact with every customer
High level of presentation
Ability to communicate effectively with fellow staff and customers
The ability to achieve set KPI's on a monthly basis
Effective time management
Ability to handle high pressure situations
Sound knowledge of motor mechanics is a benefit
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great attitude and ability to work within a team
This role is vital to the dealership's success and customer retention. Each day you will be required to deliver an exceptional experience in a high paced environment.
The successful applicant will receive a base salary and generous commission structure.
