Working closely with the finance team, suppliers and branch managers in processing supplier bills, inquires and payments.
Key responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
- Reconcile bank spend transactions
- Reconcile credit cards
- Weekly supplier runs processing
- End of month supplier runs processing
- Manage supplier queries on the phone and inbox
- Contribute to continuous improvement of finance systems, processes and internal controls
- Provide support across the finance function and assist with key accounting responsibilities as required
About you
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar accounting support role
- Experience with Xero and Approval Max is preferable
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
