Here, you will find a team of friendly and authentic people who, together, create a fun and supportive environment. More than an Executive Assistant. A trusted right hand.

Some people just have a way of making things work. They're organised, proactive and know what needs attention. They take ownership, follow things through and are someone others can rely on to make even the busiest days feel more manageable. We're looking for that person.

As Executive Assistant to our Chief Executive Officer and Executive Manager Office of Council and CEO, you'll be a trusted partner, helping turn competing priorities into a clear plan and ensuring the right things happen at the right time. You'll know when to take the initiative, what needs attention and how to make a busy, complex environment work seamlessly.

From navigating complex diaries to preparing documents, managing sensitive information and building relationships across the organisation, you'll have a hand in the details that make a big difference. You'll need exceptional organisation, sound judgement, discretion and the confidence to take initiative, often before anyone has thought to ask. But just as important is how you work with people. You build trust, communicate clearly and know that good support goes beyond simply getting the job done.

If you take genuine pride in staying one step ahead, bringing people and priorities together, and can confidently say, "Leave it with me", we'd love to meet you.

Why you will love working with us

In addition to the role, we also offer a variety of benefits. Here are just a few:

  • The total remuneration package is $141,241.32 (includes super)
  • Comprehensive Wellbeing program, including free exercise classes and discounted gym
  • Extensive range of learning programs and supports to help you grow and meet your learning needs (online and in-person) access
  • Access a range of discounts through our Corporate health insurance plans
  • Social Club discount scheme - for a selection of experiences, gift cards, attractions, retail and dining

There are many more benefits available to you, check them out by visiting our website.
