Join our friendly kitchen team for the busy summer holiday season at White Rose Brasserie, located at Lake Conjola Bowling Club in the beautiful coastal town of Lake Conjola on the NSW South Coast.
We're looking for enthusiastic Chefs & Cooks to join our team for the summer. We welcome applications from experienced chefs, cooks looking to further their skills, and motivated people wanting to begin a career in the hospitality industry. Full training can be provided for the right applicants.
About the Role
As part of our kitchen team, you'll assist with all aspects of food preparation and service, which may include:
Preparing and cooking meals across all sections of the kitchen
Pizza preparation and cooking
Fryer section
Grill and pass
Food preparation and plating
Maintaining high food quality and presentation
Following food safety and hygiene standards
Keeping your workstation clean and organised
Working efficiently as part of a busy, supportive kitchen team
What We're Looking For
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable, punctual and able to work across different kitchen sections
Good communication and teamwork skills
Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays throughout the summer holiday period
Previous commercial kitchen experience is an advantage, but not essential. We are happy to train the right people
