4-Month Casual Contract | Approximately 3 Days Per Week
Bangalow, NSW | $40 per hour + casual loading

Our mission is simple. As a jobs-focused social enterprise, it's our goal to create jobs and employment pathways that give people a sense of belonging, purpose and professional growth. To do this, we've built a large-scale commercial laundry servicing healthcare, aged care, hospitality and accommodation customers across the Northern Rivers on Bundjalung Country.

We're seeking an experienced and highly organised Customer Program Coordinator to support a focused customer and business improvement project over the next four months. This is a short-term opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, is confident using Excel and data, and can quickly step into a hands-on role and make an impact.

What will you do and what top strengths will you get to use?

  • Working closely with our Operations and Leadership teams, you'll help coordinate a customer program rollout across our customer base.
  • The role combines customer communication, data analysis and project coordination.
  • You'll use your judgement, organisation and relationship skills to keep activities moving, maintain accurate records and support customers through change.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with customers via phone and email
  • Analysing customer ordering and usage data using Excel
  • Maintaining customer records, action logs and program trackers
  • Coordinating customer follow-up activities
  • Working with internal teams to resolve customer queries
  • Preparing progress updates and reporting

About you

This role would suit someone with experience in customer service, operations, administration, account coordination, business support or a similar customer-facing environment.

You will bring:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage competing priorities independently
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach
  • Confidence working with customers and stakeholders
  • Experience in hospitality, healthcare, aged care, accommodation, logistics or another service-based industry would be highly regarded.

This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who can bring existing customer, administration and analytical skills to a defined short-term project and contribute from day one.

With diversity comes great success. We encourage and celebrate applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, the LGBTQIA+ community, people living with disability, women, and people re-entering the workforce.

At Beacon Laundry, safety comes first. As part of our commitment to a safe and supportive workplace, the successful applicant will need to complete a Fit to Work assessment prior to commencing employment.
