Wheels of Wellness Ltd, a Cairns-based charity delivering specialised primary healthcare to people experiencing homelessness, is seeking an organised Office Manager to lead the day-to-day clinic operations and administration. Reporting to the CEO and Remote Practice Manager, you will oversee payroll, rostering, staff onboarding and compliance, while supporting a small administration team to ensure efficient services and compassionate care.
