Our highly experienced Wet-seal Rockhampton Franchisee is looking for a reliable, motivated and hands‑on person to join the team as a Waterproofing Applicator.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with building industry experience who enjoys practical work, takes pride in doing a quality job and wants to develop specialised waterproofing skills within an established and respected business.

You will receive comprehensive training in Wet-seal waterproofing systems and initially work alongside an experienced applicator until you are confident and competent in Wet-seal’s product application and quality requirements.

An immediate start is available due to a strong and busy forward workload across the Rockhampton area.

Waterproofing Applicator - Rockhampton

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Applying Wet-seal waterproofing systems to internal and external wet areas of residential and other buildings.

• Preparing areas ready for waterproofing in accordance with Wet-seal specifications.

• Travelling to and from scheduled job sites throughout the Rockhampton region areas.

• Arriving at jobs on time and working efficiently to meet daily schedules.

• Completing jobs to Wet-seal’s quality, safety and application standards.

• Providing job completion information to the management team.

• Communicating professionally with builders, supervisors, other trades and customers on site.

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment.

• Working independently and as part of the wider Wet-seal Rockhampton team.

• Working the reasonable hours required to complete scheduled jobs and meet customer timelines.

Waterproofing, tiling or painting experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Previous building or construction industry experience.

• A current construction industry White Card.

• A current Australian driver's licence, with a manual licence preferred.

• The legal right to work in Australia.

• The physical capability to undertake an active, hands‑on construction role.
