WesTrac Casula workshop leadership role is to manage a skilled crew through large CAT rebuilds, moving from hands-on work to a people‐first leadership approach. You'll oversee a Monday–Friday day shift roster focused on real work–life balance, safety, planning and coaching.
You will lead safe, efficient workshop operations, workforce planning, and job scheduling while maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and high quality outcomes in a world‐class Cat dealer environment.
