Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the Purchasing Officer will join our Procurement team on a permanent basis at our South Guildford location.

Roster – 5 Days, 8.5 Hrs/Day (including meal break)
What You'll Do
- Manage Purchase Orders – Raise and process purchase orders accurately and on time.
- Expedite Supplier Deliveries – Monitor overdue orders and resolve delays.
- Manage Supplier Performance – Coordinate non-conformance investigations and outcomes.
- Provide Procurement Support – Respond to purchasing queries and stakeholder requests.
- Ensure Compliance & Data Integrity – Maintain records and support procurement standards.
Skills & Experience
- Purchasing & Procurement Experience – Experience in purchasing or procurement environments.
- Systems & Data Management – Proficient in SAP, Ariba and Microsoft Office.
- Stakeholder & Supplier Engagement – Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organisation & Problem Solving – Ability to manage priorities and resolve issues efficiently.
- Attention to Detail & Compliance – Focus on accuracy, process compliance and data integrity.
