As a Service Manager at Westpoint Autos, you'll oversee service operations for MG and XPENG brands at our Seventeen Mile Rocks site, a large-scale, high-volume facility. You'll be responsible for steering day-to-day operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and leading a team of technical and front-of-house professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the service operations for MG and XPENG
- Manage and mentor a team of technicians, advisors, and admin staff
- Drive brand performance against manufacturer and internal KPIs
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with sales, parts, and pre-delivery teams to streamline workflow
- Identify and execute business growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all OEM and company policies and procedures
About you
- Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager within a dealership environment
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a multi-brand setting
- A track record of achieving or exceeding budgets
- High-level leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for customer service and team development
