Jaecoo is one of the fastest-growing brands in the country. Moorooka is set up for 60+ units a month and the brand is still building. You'll own the department, hire your own people and set the standard. No inherited team you didn't pick. No legacy habits to unwind.
You'll work directly with the General Manager on strategy, and you'll have a family-owned group with 35+ years in Brisbane backing you. Decisions get made quickly here. Good results get noticed by the people who own the business.
What you'll be doing
Running the floor and owning volume, gross and CSI
Recruiting and building a team in your image
Coaching consultants one-on-one, every week
Using social media to generate your own leads, not just waiting for the phone to ring
Managing inventory on the yard and online. Right stock, right price, presented properly in both places
Managing leads and showroom presentation
Tracking KPIs and fixing problems before month end
Building a strong relationship with the manufacturer
What we're looking for
Proven results as a Sales Manager, 2IC or Selling Sales Manager
You've developed people, not just managed them
You know the difference between volume and profitable volume
You're comfortable on camera and know how to turn social content into enquiries
You're across stock control. Ageing, pricing, merchandising and how your listings look online
You back yourself and want a store you can put your name on
