Westpac is seeking a Manager, Product Practice Operations to drive initiatives that improve product ownership capability, standards adoption and practitioner experience. You will partner with Product Practice Leads, Product Owners and Delivery Units to support rollout and embedding the Practice's ways of working, and to grow the Product Owner community.
You will coordinate learning, workshops and coaching, produce practice reporting and governance inputs, and help maintain practice resources.
