Westgold Resources Limited is seeking a Senior People Advisor for a site-based FIFO role in Western Australia. You will act as the primary People contact across the employee lifecycle, supporting leadership with best-practice people management aligned to site goals.
You will provide end-to-end HR advice, manage ER/IR matters, advise on awards and policies, and drive remuneration cycles while coaching leaders and maintaining HRIS data. This is a dynamic, senior advisory position on a FIFO roster.
