Westgold Resources is seeking an experienced Superintendent Diamond Drill to lead underground diamond drilling operations in Western Australia. You will drive safety culture, coach Supervisors, optimise performance and manage budgets for cost-efficient drilling programs supporting operations and exploration goals.
You will report to the Group Manager Drilling, oversee workforce capability, equipment utilisation and contractor management while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across all operations.
