  • Use student engagement, retention and service data to evaluate outcomes and improve learning support.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, Linguistics, English, Learning Development, Academic Skills, Communication or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, delivering and evaluating academic skills workshops and developing effective learning resources for in-person and/or online delivery.
  • Specialist knowledge of academic literacies and learning development, including first-year transition and student learning success.
  • Experience collaborating with academic staff across disciplines to design curriculum-embedded learning support and improve student outcomes.
  • Familiarity with effective teaching strategies for students from diverse socio-cultural and language backgrounds, and the ability and willingness to travel between campuses as required.
