About the role

If you are an Enrolled Nurse with a sound clinical skillset gained from on the job experience in community health, a passion for the best possible client care and would like the opportunity to expand your skills, then we have an opportunity for you.

Our single goal is to provide a service that improves the health of rural people and helps communities thrive. In this role, you'll grow long-term relationships with patients in the communities helping them access care so they can manage their health within their own community.

This is a rewarding role where you can be involved in people's lives, not just their illnesses, and we commit to support you in an inclusive, collaborative and caring team environment.

As an important part of the multidisciplinary care team, you'll deliver nursing care through a flexible service delivery model, both in community and ambulatory settings, with the support and supervision of registered nursing staff.

You will need to communicate effectively with patients and other health care team members, and importantly be an active participant in fostering our culture and lead by the values of collaboration, openness, respect and empowerment.

This truly is a rewarding position that offers career progression.
