Western Health in Victoria is seeking a Dispensary Pharmacist - Grade 1 to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, 80 hours per fortnight.
The role will provide dispensing services for inpatients and outpatients, including HITH, with emphasis on patient education, medicines safety and collaborative care with prescribers and the wider multidisciplinary team.
