What’s involved?
As a Relief Venue Manager, you’ll step in to support during periods of leave or high demand. You will:
- Gain hands-on experience with venue operations
- Help maintain service and compliance standards
- Manage shift flow and delegate responsibilities
- Ensure venue presentation and compliance standards are upheld
- Be part of a trusted pool of internal leaders across our venues
What support will I receive?
You’ll be supported every step of the way with:
- On-the-job training and coaching
- Shadowing opportunities with experienced Venue Managers
- Feedback and development tailored to your growth
Who should apply?

- Are proactive, calm under pressure, and naturally supportive of others
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
- Understand front-of-house operations and enjoy leading by example
- Are interested in leadership but need flexibility or want to build confidence gradually
