West HQ is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join one of our busiest and most dynamic hospitality outlets. This high-volume outlet operates as a café and licensed bar, serving everything from hot drinks, cakes, and sandwiches to hot finger food and alcoholic beverages. It’s an environment that’s always buzzing, and we need a supervisor who can keep things running smoothly no matter how busy it gets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a small, tight-knit team during peak service periods
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Provide hands-on training, coaching, and support to new team members
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation and service
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and health & safety requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and daily cash handling procedures

- Experience in a similar position or extensive F&B experience

- Experienced with maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions, stock ordering, stocktaking
