West HQ is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented AML/CTF & Responsible Gaming Officer to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, an eye for detail and an interest in compliance, risk management and gaming operations.
Working closely with our AML/CTF & Responsible Gaming Compliance team, you will support the day-to-day administration and operation of our Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing(AML/CTF) and Responsible Gaming programs.
About the Role:
As our AML/CTF & Responsible Gaming Officer, you will assist with customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, gaming data analysis, compliance reporting and the maintenance of key compliance registers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence(CDD) reviews, including verification of customer identificationand supporting documentation.
- Supporting ongoing customer due diligence activities, includingSource of Funds (SOF) and Source of Wealth (SOW) reviews.
- Assisting with transaction monitoring, reviewing customeractivity and identifying unusual patterns or transactions.
- Conducting gaming data analysis, meter exception reviews andidentifying trends or anomalies.
- Maintaining accurate AML/CTF registers, compliance records andsupporting documentation.
- Supporting the administration of Responsible Gaminginitiatives, including self-exclusion and patron interventionprocesses.
- Assisting with compliance reporting, internal audits andongoing process improvements.
- Identifying and escalating potential compliance risks andresponsible gaming concerns in accordance with establishedprocedures.
About you:

- Confidence working with Microsoft Office applications,particularly Excel.
- The ability to analyse information, identify inconsistenciesand maintain accurate records.
- A proactive approach to learning and continuousimprovement.
Highly regarded:
- Previous experience in gaming operations, administration, finance, customer service, compliance or risk management.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas,PivotTables and data reconciliation.
- Experience using SharePoint, Power BI or other reportingtools.
- Knowledge of AML/CTF obligations or Responsible Gamingpractices.
- Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualifications, or willingness toobtain them.
