Wesley Mission Queensland is seeking Registered Nurses to work across morning, afternoon and night shifts at our Chermside facilities. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care and contribute to learning and development within the service.
You will conduct assessments, plan and review care using biopsychosocial approaches, supervise care staff, ensure WHS and infection control, and report on residents' wellbeing to senior staff to achieve quality outcomes.
