Are you someone who loves solving problems, uncovering trends, and driving meaningful improvements? We're looking for an eBusiness EDI Root Cause Lead, to join our eBusiness team and play a key role in enhancing our EDI experience for both customers and the business. Role open to any location in Australia.
What You'll Be Doing
In this newly focused role, you'll investigate EDI exceptions, identify root causes, and work closely with teams across Customer Care, IT, eBusiness, Sales, and our customers to deliver lasting solutions. You'll also lead improvement initiatives that drive efficiency, strengthen customer integrations, and support operational excellence.
What Success Looks Like
- Identifying and resolving EDI issues before they become recurring problems
- Analysing trends and turning insights into action
- Building dashboards and reports that help drive business decisions
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the business and with key customers
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our EDI offering
- Drive a program of work, build a framework and present monthly updates
What You'll Bring
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven experience meeting KPI’s and exceeding them
- Experience in customer service, operations, or EDI-related environments
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders
- Intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills and the ability to work with data and reporting
- A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
