The role involves booking appointments, handling Medicare billing, and maintaining patient records while supporting GPs, nurses and skin cancer clinicians in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided for MedicalDirector, Pracsoft and HotDoc, with emphasis on privacy and accuracy.
