Registered Nurse - Home & Community Care

Tasks & Responsibilities
Attend to community nursing services including the provision of wound care, catheter care, medication administration and health care assessment using validated assessment tools.
Undertake health care assessments and make client referrals and recommendations in collaboration with the Clinical Lead and client Care Managers.
Provide hands-on training and support to care staff in the delivery of best practice services and review of care staff competencies as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration and minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Registered Nurse.
