Overview
We are seeking Audio Evaluators to participate in a project focused on evaluating audio clips in Chinese (Shanghainese). This role involves assessing and analyzing audio recordings to ensure alignment with project guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Listen to short audio clips in Chinese (Shanghainese) and evaluate them using a defined rubric.
- Accurately identify target accents from provided audio samples.
- Compare multiple recordings and assess which one sounds more natural in relation to the target accent.
- Apply consistent and objective judgment based on provided evaluation guidelines.
- Maintain high quality and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
- Native level fluency in the target language with an in-depth understanding of regional accents and dialects.
- Fluency in written and verbal English to understand instructions, evaluation criteria, and project documentation.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to identify and differentiate subtle variations in the accents.
- Capability to follow detailed guidelines and apply them consistently during evaluation.

- Prior experience in audio evaluation is a plus.
