About the opportunity:

Are you looking for a rewarding career that aims to help others access support and achieve their goals? As our new Support Coordinator, your main focus will be to work alongside and support people in our community who are living with a disability. You will partner with service participants with a focus on offering capacity building support; specifically to assist in strengthening a participant's ability to design, manage, and ultimately control their supports, recognising each person's inherent ability to exercise choice and control.

This is a role in which you will be helping participants develop relationships, build skills and establish support networks in line with their own goals to ensure they are fully supported and empowered on their journey towards recovery. An opportunity exists for this role to be a part-time role for the right candidate to fit your best work/life balance. Pro rata salary would apply.

About the program:

Consumer Directed Services (CDS) refers to services which are led by and funded by individual consumers. This includes services such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) services, iCare, Insurances and brokers. These services provide support, care and access to services and technology for Australians living with disabilities as well as their families and carers.

What we offer:

  • Purpose-Driven Culture: Immerse yourself in a culture where passion meets purpose. Here, you can thrive while making a genuine difference.
  • Equitable and Inclusive Work Environment: We take pride in fostering a workplace that's not just diverse, but also equitable and socially inclusive.
  • Salary Packaging: Enhance your financial well-being with our salary packaging option, which lets you allocate up to $15,899 of your salary for specific expenses before taxes kick in.
  • Meal and Entertainment Allowance: Indulge in the joys of life with our meal and entertainment allowance, available through salary packaging.
  • Employee Assistance Program: We understand that life comes with its challenges, and your wellbeing is important to us.
