Wellways is seeking a Service Support Officer to help run the Mental Health and Wellbeing Local, fostering a calm, respectful environment for participants, carers, families and partners. You will be the friendly face on-site and a steady voice on the phone.
The role requires empathy, strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks while keeping the participant at the centre of care. Contract runs until mid-2027 with potential for extension.
