Wellways is hiring a casual Home Care Worker in the Albury/Wodonga region. You will deliver a range of supports to participants, including companionship, personal care, meal preparation and medication management, across daytime, evening and sleepover shifts.
The role is front-line within Consumer Directed Services, focused on guiding participants to maintain independence and meaningful daily living, with a strong emphasis on person-centred care.
