Wellways Australia seeks a dedicated supervisor for Youth Community Living Support Services (YCLSS) in Newcastle West, NSW. You will oversee day-to-day operations, provide supervision and coaching to YCLSS staff, and ensure high-quality recovery-oriented supports while meeting governance, budgetary and contractual requirements under the Program Coordinator.
You will lead stakeholder relationships, manage a small caseload, and work with participants toward transitions to adulthood.
