Wellways Australia in Hobart, TAS, is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of the Wellways to Recovery Program. You will ensure high‑quality, person‑centred services aligned with contractual and legislative requirements while supporting a skilled frontline team.
You’ll work closely with the Service Manager to drive organisational priorities into daily practice, manage rosters and caseloads, and foster collaborative relationships with participants, carers and local service.
