We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyperson / Tradesperson to join our Infrastructure Maintenance team at Wellcamp Business Park. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of general building and services maintenance tasks across residential and commercial sites. Located in Wellcamp (Toowoomba Region), this full-time role offers stability, variety and a great work-life balance. You'll work Monday – Friday, earn a competitive flat hourly rate and be home every night.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Carry out general maintenance works (framing, doors, windows, fencing, street signs etc.)
- Install and assemble fixtures, fittings and equipment
- Respond to routine and urgent maintenance requests
- Conduct inspections and report hazards
- Keep work areas safe, clean and compliant
About You:
- Qualified tradesperson (or strong proven handyperson experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years of carpentry or handyperson experience required
- Valid Car (C class) driver's licence required
- Construction White Card
- Great problem-solving and practical skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
- Strong focus on safety, quality and teamwork
- Own tools (preferred)
