With over 20 years of experience working safely and successfully along major rail corridors, we’re expanding and looking for a hands‑on, outdoor-loving, safety-first crew member to join our team.
The Role
You’ll be part of a small, friendly team working in different regional locations throughout NSW and Victoria. Whether it’s chemical spraying, brush‑cutting, fencing, or protection officer duties, you’ll be on the go and making a difference every day. You’ll typically travel four nights away each week (with a generous allowance provided). The work is physical, rewarding, and full of variety.
About You
- Ready to work outdoors and stay fit
- Mechanically minded or keen to learn
- A team player but confident working independently
- Safety conscious and drug/alcohol-free (testing is routine)
- Willing to travel for work and stay away midweek
- Located in Cootamundra—or open to relocating
Nice to have:
- MR or HR licence
- White Card
- RIW card or willingness to obtain
- Chainsaw ticket, First Aid, AQF3 Chem Cert (or willingness to get certified—we’ll support you!)
No Experience in Rail? No Worries.
