The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design and construct Snowy 2.0. This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world. Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history. Based in Cooma and travelling regularly to Snowy 2.0 construction sites, you’ll support leaders, employees, subcontractors, and unions across a wide range of HR and industrial relations matters.
This is a hands‑on role where your advice, judgement, and resilience will make a real impact. You will:

- Coordinate subcontractor compliance and mobilisation
- Deliver training and contribute to culture and workforce initiatives
You bring:
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Confidence working across all workforce levels
- The resilience to work in cold, remote, logistically challenging locations
If you’re energised by complex environments and want to help shape the workforce behind a once‑in‑a‑generation project, we’d love to connect. As an employee, you will be eligible to participate in a number of additional employee benefits. This includes:
