About the role:
- We are seeking a Trade Assistant to join our SMP team on a large-scale construction project.
- This is a hands-on role supporting trades across site and assisting with a range of construction and maintenance activities.
- Assist trades with general SMP construction and maintenance activities.
- Support boilermakers, pipe fitters, and mechanical fitters as required.
- Handle materials, tools, and equipment across site.
- Assist with installation, assembly, and dismantling activities.
- Perform general labouring, manual handling, and housekeeping duties.
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely.
- Follow all site safety procedures and requirements.
What you will bring to the team:
- Construction White/Blue Card.
- Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications.
- HRWL EWP.
- Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence.
- Previous FIFO experience on a major construction project.
- Previous Trade Assistant or construction experience.
