With core IAM strategy firmly on the roadmap, they're looking for an Identity Governance Manager to take ownership of controls, governance, and identity risk as the practice matures.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping frameworks, embedding controls, and lifting identity maturity in a complex, regulated environment, while still staying close to how identity works in practice.

- Flexible, outcomes-focused working culture
- What you'll be doing
- Owning and evolving the organisation's identity governance framework, including policies, standards, and controls
- Shape identity governance and access management across a complex environment spanning legacy infrastructure, cloud services and applications
- Designing and embedding controls across the identity lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver), including approvals, reviews, and access removal
- Establishing governance for privileged and non-privileged access
- Partnering with security, risk, audit, and technology teams to address identity-related risk
- Supporting regulatory and assurance activities by providing clear evidence and metrics
- Defining and tracking identity KPIs such as access reviews, orphan accounts, and control effectiveness
- Contributing to the broader IAM strategy, roadmap, and operating model
- What you'll bring
- Strong experience in Identity Governance and IAM controls within complex environments
- Hands-on knowledge of IAM, IGA, and PAM technologies across cloud and enterprise platforms
- Proven experience working with risk, audit, and compliance stakeholders
- The ability to translate technical identity concepts into clear, practical outcomes
- Confidence operating with autonomy while influencing senior stakeholders
- Background in financial services or other regulated industries is highly regarded
If you're an identity governance specialist who wants to shape from the ground up, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing IAM function.
