What you'll be doing
- Leading a portfolio of consumer clients, providing trusted senior strategic counsel and building long‐term partnerships
- Developing culturally relevant, award‐winning earned‐first campaigns across PR, social, creators, partnerships, events and content
- Identifying opportunities to grow client relationships through proactive thinking and integrated communications
- Leading teams across multiple accounts, ensuring consistently high standards of strategy, creativity and execution
- Coaching and developing Account Directors, Account Managers and emerging talent
- Driving campaign quality, commercial performance and client satisfaction across your portfolio
- Contributing to agency growth through new business, thought leadership, award submissions and agency initiatives
- Working closely with the executive team to help shape the future direction of Different
What we're looking for
- 10+ years' experience in consumer PR or integrated communications (agency preferred)
- A proven track record leading major consumer brands and delivering award‐winning earned campaigns
- Exceptional strategic thinking with a deep understanding of today's media, creator and cultural landscape
- A communications partner clients trust as a genuine partner
- Outstanding leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing high‐performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing account profitability, forecasting and resource planning
- Excellent presentation, storytelling and communication skills
- Curious, ambitious and motivated by building both great work and great people
