Trainee Supervisors Program .
Become part of our thriving, multi-outlet venue as a Trainee Supervisor across Bar, Restaurant, Bottleshop, OR Gaming.
You’ll develop your leadership and operational skills through our structured performance framework, working closely with our General Manager, with a clear pathway into a full-time Supervisor role.
What You’ll Do
- Use your hospitality experience and technical knowledge to quickly learn and adapt to our venue operations.
- Supervise venue operations (bar, restaurant, retail or gaming) in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a high-energy setting.
- Work closely with management to support promotions, entertainment, and functions that drive sales and enhance the venue experience.
- Manage cash handling and POS procedures, ensuring accuracy in till reconciliation.
- Handle customer feedback and inquiries professionally, helping build a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for locals and visitors.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment (bar, restaurant, bottleshop, gaming room).
- Previous experience leading, coaching, or supporting hospitality teams on shift (desirable).
- Genuine motivation to build a long-term career in hospitality, with a pathway into management.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to train staff.
- Reliable, eager to learn, and a team player.
- Current QLD RSA and RSG (or ability to obtain).
