The Coolangatta Hotel, Coolangatta, apart of Waymark Hotels, is seeking a Full Time Duty Manager to join the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee restaurant reservations and bookings.
- Ensure all administrative controls and business reporting fully comply with company policies and procedures.
- Undertake the planning and organizing of special functions.
- Select, train and supervise wait staff, kitchen staff and all other personnel on site.
- Support the Management team in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service in our bar, restaurant, and accommodation.
- Be the point of contact for guest inquiries, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience, from check-in to checkout.
- Assist in managing stock, scheduling, and staff performance while maintaining efficient operations and adhering to budget targets.
- Assist in ensuring the venue adheres to health and safety guidelines, licensing laws, and all regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements
- Current Approved Manager License, RMLV, RSA, RSG and CLO (or willing to obtain)
- Experience managing teams in a hospitality environment
- Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills with excellent communication
- Availability to work hospitality hours.
- Ability to manage conflict and remain calm under pressure.
- Experience in a high-volume food, bar, function, gaming, and retail environment.
Applicants should have formal qualifications and at least 1 years of relevant employment experience or, in the absence of formal qualifications, have at least 3 years of relevant employment experience.
