As an Assistant Manager, you’ll take charge of the day-to-day operations of our bustling venue, overseeing bar, restaurant, accommodation and entertainment offerings.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll work closely with the Venue Manager, gaining the skills and experience to one day step into a Venue Manager position within our growing hospitality group.

- What You’ll Do
- Support the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service in our bar, restaurant, and accommodation.
- Inspire and mentor your team, driving a positive and productive culture focused on excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement.
- Be the point of contact for guest inquiries, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience, from check-in to checkout.
- Assist in managing stock, scheduling, and staff performance while maintaining efficient operations and adhering to budget targets.
- Assist in ensuring the venue adheres to health and safety guidelines, licensing laws, and all regulatory requirements.

- Current QLD RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Managers License & CLO.
