Wattletree Health Group is seeking Casual Experienced Home Care Registered Nurses to service the Mornington Peninsula, traveling to clients’ homes across Melbourne’s metropolitan area.
You’ll perform assessments, wound care, catheter care, continence management, immunisations, and palliative care while documenting plans of care.
Applicants must have at least 10 years of nursing experience, current AHPRA registration, WWCC (Vic), and a valid driver’s license with an insured car.
