We’re looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to join our growing business, support our finance team and help improve how we work.
Working closely with our CFO, you’ll take the lead on day-to-day finance activities and work with operations to improve reporting, cost control and project profitability.
Your role will include:
Managing and supporting our AP, AR and payroll team
Supporting month-end close, journals and accruals
Overseeing customer setups, invoicing, collections and supplier payments
Keeping payroll processes and controls up to date
Preparing monthly reports, budgets, projections and cash-flow forecasts
Managing loan and vehicle finance schedules
Working with operations to understand job profitability and identify cost savings
Improving our systems and reporting, including project costing, budgets and forecasting
About you
You enjoy being hands-on, asking questions and bringing ideas to the table. You’re comfortable guiding a team, working through challenges and following things through.
Experience with MYOB Acumatica and Velixo would be highly regarded.
