Currently, we have a vacancy for a full-time barber to join our friendly team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Discuss with clients about their hair type, need and style and suggest what would be the best for their look and hair care.
- Cutting hair with scissors, clippers and razors as per client’s request or combination.
- Using hair products for hair wash or styling.
- Colouring, straightening, and curling the hair using different products, tools, and equipment.
- Shaving and trimming beards and moustaches.
- Cleaning work areas and sanitising instruments, work equipment as per OH & S Policies.
- Arranging appointments and collecting payments.
- Selling and promoting hair products as well as per need of clients.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV
- OR
- Three years of experience as Barber to substitute the formal qualifications.
- At least one year of experience as Barber.
- Should have full-time working rights in Australia.
Salary - $75,000 - $85,000 plus super
