Waratah Medical Services is seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our Nursing team in Morisset, NSW on a part-time basis. In this vital role, you will provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to our patients, working closely with our medical professionals to support the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
What you'll be doing:
- Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing personal care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Adhere to all healthcare standards, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
What we're looking for:
- Registered Enrolled Nurse qualification and current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols and procedures.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to providing nursing care.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
