Qualifications & experience
- 10 + years’ experience in the Greenkeeping industry
- Current unrestricted drivers’ licence (class C or better)
- Cert III Qualification in Greenkeeping or equivalent required.
- Experience operating and maintaining large range of commercial greenkeeping equipment.
- The ability to lead and encourage team members to work effectively together.
- Good time management and communication skills
- Current Chemcert essential or equivalent.
- The ability to adhere to company WH&S policies ensuring a safe and productive workplace
- Diligent and consinent in completing all WHS, quality and environmental paperwork
- A desire to provide a high quality greenkeeping service
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage a full-time site
- Organisation and programming of tasks completed on site
- Responsible for the overall presentation of all turf areas.
- Completion of mowing and associated works throughout site.
- Management of general presentation of turf areas.
- Application of associated fertiliser and chemical applications
- Management of site to ensure efficiency and quality is maintained.
- Regularly liaising with our Management Team and work with them to provide a high quality service for the client.
- Ensuring all works are completed in a safe manner.
- Completion of associated documentation on regular basis.
- Fully maintained company vehicle + FUEL paid for
- Competitive wage package (and bonuses) are negotiable
