About the Role: We’re seeking a passionate, knowledgeable sales professional to lead our equine and nutrition category. You’ll guide customers through feed choices, supplements, and seasonal care, while supporting general merchandise sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer engagement: Provide tailored advice on equine feeds, supplements, and rural products
- Sales & merchandising: Maintain displays, signage, and stock levels with seasonal flair
- Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on products
- Inventory & ordering: Stock control and supplier coordination
- Campaign input: Shape signage and promotions around horse racing, breeding, clubs and local events
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in rural retail or equine care
- Strong communication and product knowledge
- Confidence with POS systems and stock management
