As a Counsellor in the Residential AOD Rehabilitation Program, you will provide client-centred counselling to women, supporting recovery, wellbeing and empowerment within a multidisciplinary team.
You will assess needs, develop care plans, deliver individual, family and group sessions, and contribute to service improvement while upholding Aboriginal ways of knowing, being and doing.
