- Conduct hands-on work: bench formulation, pilot runs, and scale-up.
- Support customers during trials and launches, which may require domestic and international travel.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers.
- Maintain Health & Safety, Quality, and Food Safety programmes.
- Ensure data integrity across product development and recipe management systems.
- Get suppliers and ingredients approved and improve processes.
- Collaborate with the Technical Manager and team to foster a positive culture.

- Strong understanding of food safety, quality systems, and manufacturing compliance.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- A practical, can-do approach.
- Full Australian working rights (mandatory).
Why Join Us:
- Genuine ownership from concept to launch.

- Global technical support without big-corporate bureaucracy.
